Responsibilities
The records department processes, maintains and disseminates criminal and police records pertaining to victims, suspects and arrestees. Copies of police reports are available for pickup at the Asotin County Sheriff's Office, located Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday 9 am to 4 pm at:

Emailed requests can be submitted to taleavitt@asotincountywa.gov. Please include case number(if you have it), involved persons approximate date of event, or any other information that might help our staff locate the document.
Collision reports are also available for a fee of $5.
